50 break-out rooms

the case:
the client is using 50 hotel sleeping rooms for small sales breakout meetings. each room needs powerpoint projection and audio playback. in past meetings and lcd projector, screen and speakers were rented for each of the 50 rooms.

the ams solution:
ams worked with the hotel engineering department and was able to utilize the existing flat screen televisions in each room for both the powerpoint display and audio playback. the savings to the client was tens of thousands of dollars.
